These pages are static HTML and CSS. They set no cookies, load no tracking analytics, embed no advertising or social pixels, and contain no client-side tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is no tracking to consent to.
Web fonts served by Google
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives technical HTTP connection metadata (including IP address) to deliver font files. We set no tracking cookies or identifiers through font requests.
Edge hosting and request logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request headers to deliver assets securely and mitigate abuse. The lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests (secure website delivery). Logs are not used for behavioral profiling or advertising.

Correspondence and contact details
We retain your email address, message body, and our replies to resolve your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in responding to direct communications, or steps taken prior to entering a contract. We do not add you to marketing lists and never sell or rent correspondence.
Mail routing and infrastructure
Incoming email to @layercell.com is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing in transit to our secure operations mailbox. Messages are stored encrypted at rest.
Retention and deletion
Technical correspondence is purged upon request once resolved. Where messages touch commercial contracts, invoicing, or statutory obligations, statutory retention periods under UK tax and company law apply.
Our Atlassian Marketplace apps
For our Atlassian Cloud applications, your organisation acts as the Data Controller, and Layercell acts as a Data Processor under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
Our apps execute natively on Atlassian Forge. Forge compute runs inside Atlassian's secure
cloud microVMs, and all data is written to Atlassian's encrypted storage:app
layer inside your tenant. Layercell operates zero external servers, databases, or tracking
services: customer Jira data never egresses Atlassian's infrastructure.

Delivery of web fonts for layercell.com. Location: United States. Safeguards: UK Extension to EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access personal data held about you, request rectification of inaccurate records, request erasure, request restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability.
We respond to all statutory requests within one calendar month without charge. Where data is processed within an Atlassian app on behalf of your employer, please submit your request to your organisation's Jira administrator directly.
You have the statutory right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
