How we build The mark Support Contact

Support

One address, read by a person.

There is no ticket portal, no chat widget and no queue number. Email us and a human answers.

What to expect

We do not yet state a response time

No product is in service, so there is no support queue to measure and no honest number to publish. We read everything that arrives and reply. When a product is live this page will carry a real target, and it will be one we can meet rather than one that reads well.

No SLA claimed

Tell us what you were doing, and what happened instead

That is genuinely all we need to start. If it involves an account somewhere, name the platform and the approximate time — we would rather ask you for one more detail than guess.

Plain email

Never send us a password or an API key

We will not ask for one, and we cannot use one. If a support conversation appears to need credentials, that is a bug in how the product is built and we will fix the product instead.

No credentials

Security

Found a vulnerability in anything of ours? Send it to security@layercell.com rather than the support address, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We will acknowledge you, keep you informed, and credit you if you want it. We will not threaten you for reporting in good faith.

Use the support address, or read the privacy notice first — it says what we hold, which on this site is almost nothing.
